**Objective of the position**
- Ensuring the definition of globally valid segment-specific standards for core processes in the function
- Procurement as part of Governance M
- Ensure the implementation of process-, procedure
- and IT- system optimizations in global Procurement;
- Establish conditions for coordinated process optimizations including successful roll-outs
- Support implementation of global process and workflow optimizations and drive implementation of local process and workflow optimizations as well as the associated adjustments affecting the area of Global
- Procurement (M) or the other internal / external interfaces for the area of responsibility
**Principal activities**
- Participation in the optimization of existing processes/systems in M organization
- Implementation of cross-departmental process analyzes and process optimizations within the governance
- processes of M
- Designing and conducting process-related workshops with the affected departments
- Leading small process optimization projects in the Procurement organization.
Responsible for maturity,
- deadline and costs as well as monitoring of the corresponding activities
- Cooperation in the enlargement of know-how through the exchange of information with internal or process-/ system experts from other departments/areas
- Contribute as representative M in cross-functional projects
**Requirements**:
- Professional career: College/university degree and 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- **Relevant experience**:
- Purchasing systems management / administration; advanced skills
- Auditing, Direct / Indirect Procurement Management / Project Procurement/ Management / Multi-site Operations and Support
- ** English business Level**
