**Position Objective**:
The Plant Procurement Analyst will handle the procurement digital initiatives that drive strategic processes & performance improvement that deliver insights to boost procurement's strategic capabilities, efficiency, automation and speed.
Supporting procurement data in SAP, driving Suppliers On boarding / implementation and supervising relevant metrics. They will ensure the timely transactional operations to support procurement activities and key actions needed. They will be a part of the global digital and data driven (D3) procurement team, demonstrating team members across divisions and functions including supply chain, finance and procurement.
This Position will support the team in leading budget and prices in the system. He /she will actively support FTG initiatives and analyses!!
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for Procurement SAP and transactional activities related with the digital initiatives.
- Translate market data into effective reports using analytics tools to drive effective decisions, find opportunities and anticipate potential risks for the future.
- Uses SAP in day-to-day function to report key measures: procurement relevant metrics,
- Monitors performance indicators/metrics (Procurement Operations Data)
- Plans and implements data cleansing initiatives
- Champion for Digital and Data-Driven Strategy.
- Continues to improve oneself by way of training, information sharing, coaching and feedback, appraisals, delegation and implementing standard processes
- Collaborate with IT, other areas to develop Digital project plan
- Collaborate with other PM's (IT - SAP - Tech) to update project deck
- Follow Up with business teams to ensure all assigned tasks are complete on time
- business testing process (test scripts documented, master data identified)
- Work with key partners to develop Power user/ Early adopter team
- Develop business support process
- Raise issues/concerns during project meetings
- Coordinate supplier onboarding plans
- Prepare value realization metrics
- Prepare and complete the Roll out plan for Implementation phases
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- B.A./B.S. Degree in a Technical (Engineering) or Business Field, CPM and/or MBA desirable
- 1+ years Purchasing, Supply Chain or International Business experience; SAP experience is an advantage
