**Your responsibilities**:
- Run weekly shorts report (8 weeks) to identify critical materials.
- Confirm with suppliers the best arrival dates (daily).
- Call suppliers to expedite shipment and delivery dates (daily).
- Tracking of parcels and carriers (daily).
- Follow-up with Traffic and Logistics for import and arrival of material (daily).
- Notify Warehouse of the arrival of critical material and ensure receipt in SAP (daily).
- Identify cause of critical shortage (OPQ, inventory adjustment, omission of Engineering, omission of purchases, material damaged by production, etc).

- Implement actions to eliminate repetitiveness.
- Interview on the floor with materialists and supervisors to identify other critical materials (daily).
- Ask Engineering to analyze alternative options to divert and follow up (daily).
- Request support from SCM to locate and quote alternative options to divert.
(daily).
- Monitoring of deviation options with PM's.
**Your background**:
- Active student preferably Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical administrator) careers.
- English language conversational level is a must.
- Management of MS Office (Excel, Macros, power point, word).
- Knowledge of SAP (not mandatory).
- Analytical.
- Good communication.
- Teamwork.
