Procurement Jr. Manager

**Purpose of the Job**:We are looking for a Procurement Team Lead. She / He will be responsible for the team support and supervision of internal procurement and vendor management processes. Will act as a leader in numerous initiatives of the financial roadmap, such as audits an process improvement projects. This role will need to set a communication plan with the main Stakeholders of each category to improve the customer experience and perception of the General Procurement service deliveries.**Education Level & Work Experience**+7 years of procurement experience is preferred, ideally in the IT industryRegional Experience is a plusFinancial and/or budgeting background is a plus**Key Responsibilities**- Lead and supervise the end-to-end sourcing process and incident response; in collaboration with across-functional team.- Partner with internal stakeholders implementing effective sourcing processes.- Manages escalations from internal/external customers, represent, support, guide and develop other direct and indirect reports.- Challenge legacy processes and ways of working being creative, dynamic and developing strategies to speed up business growth.- Drive and Implement internal and external Audit agenda- Implement best practices for supplier selection and supplier screening, ellaborate Standard Operations Procedures of the area- Drive the change management of Finance / Procurement transformation process. Act as a business partner and represent Procurement in this Project.**Technical knowledge**- Good mathematical and analytical skills- Strong computer skills (e.G., Word, Excel)- Fluent in English- Effective Communicator and Negotiator- Creative problem solver- Must have a technological aptitude- ERP Knowledge, Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
