Primary Purpose:- Support management of Clarios transportation and distribution procurement activities performed in MX.- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures established by the company in terms of supplies and make sure is well documented.- Contract management administration.- Support pre-qualification process on all logistics providers.- Lead automation projects for the department.
**Responsibilities**:- Manage spot freight requests.- Manage weekly pricing changes.- Update rates addendums as needed.- Ensure all contracts, exhibits, COI, addendums are properly uploaded in Ariba.- Management of certificate of insurance and expirations.- Support pre-qualification process for all new providers.- Support annual activities as Ocean bid, TL bid, etc.- Supports the implementation of new policies and processes in Procurement.- Supports internal and external Procurement audits.- Mange monthly claims to transportation providers.- Support payment claims from supplier.- Participate and support on payment process.- Supports monthly reporting on Procurement controls (i.E.
Maverick Buy, Open POs, Spend analytics, PO changes).- Ensure rates and pricing are up to date on any used platform (i.E.
SAP, BES,MFG, TMC's portal, Ariba etc.
