Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:The Marketing & Sales Procurement Manager will be responsible for creating and driving Marketing and Sales Procurement related activity across Clorox's Care & Connection and Health & Hygiene Groups, with $200MM+ combined spend responsibility in Creative, Influencers, PR, Pack & Brand Design, among other categories.Mexico City is the preferred location for this role. This position will travel 10-20%.In this role, you will:Design and implement new sourcing strategies and capabilities.Perform contract audits and spend analysis.Leverage data and analytics to assess ROI of marketing budget.Conduct competitive bidding and RFP processes.Negotiate commercial agreements.Implement vendor and stakeholder management.Deliver continuous savings as well as performance and process improvement to deliver value and growth.Ensure transparency and governance of procurement processes and corporate policies, sharing findings and enabling new best practices.We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Procurement leader who can communicate the value of Procurement to internal stakeholders across functions. In this role, you will routinely interact with C-level supplier executives and advise senior stakeholders internally on new procurement strategies that create lasting return on investment. The successful candidate will work directly with our leadership in Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other areas to implement new approaches, bringing a track record of successful deployment of category management in the Marketing & Sales space. We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven talent with a focus on speed and agility.What we look for:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field required.6+ years of Procurement experience, ideally in Indirect Procurement functions.3+ years of experience in developing category strategies and strong working knowledge of the marketing agency environment sourcing one or more of the following: Creative, Insights, Media, etc.Background experience in FMCG Companies is highly valued.Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (strategic sourcing management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, etc.)Work experience in an international environment and matrix organizations.Results oriented individual with solid proven track record in delivering value (cost and cash).Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills. Great at building cross-functional relationships with ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization
