Descripción de la vacante Manage Purchasing Orders: Oversee and execute purchasing orders to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules while maintaining quality standards.
Support Commodity Management: Assist in managing commodity functions to optimize supply chain and procurement processes.
Maintain Inventory Levels: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure optimal stock levels.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Data Analysis: Analyze purchasing data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and improve procurement efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and production, to align procurement activities with business objectives.
Perfil del candidato Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management (including internships).
Experience with purchasing systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Power BI is preferred.
