We are looking for a Procurement Project Manager.
Experience: 3-5 years in the same position, preferably in the automotive area.
Language: Advanced English
Specialized knowledge/education: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or equivalent education/background.
Your tasks: Procurement related project management within product development teams with responsibility for the costs, quality targets, and deadlines of purchased parts. Active execution of procurement processes and targets from project initiation to successful handover to series manufacturing. Identification of potential savings and alternative solutions in the product development phase. Coordination of technical supplier discussions with suppliers until positive feasibility agreement. Implementation of a safe launch in the procurement process, if necessary. Managing the procurement project by means of approved KPIs. Coordination of Change Management topics before and after SOP. Initiation and active participation in supporting cost down activities after SOP. Introduction and following of the procurement strategy into the development projects.
