We are looking for a passionate Purchasing Specialist to help us drive our purchasing strategy and contribute to our mission of excellence!What You'll Do:Drive Cost Reduction Initiatives: Play a key role in deploying our general purchasing strategy focused on innovative cost-saving projects, such as quality value engineering and supplier negotiations.Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to propose and implement impactful cost reduction ideas that align with our strategic goals.Maintain Excellence: Contribute to maintaining our purchasing database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information that supports our operations.Lead Supplier Engagement: Support our commodity management strategy by consulting, selecting, and negotiating contracts with local suppliers, focusing on price, lead times, and inventory levels.Ensure Quality Standards: Take ownership of activities related to the supply qualification system, ensuring our suppliers meet the highest standards.What We're Looking For:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in Purchasing or Project Management.Advanced English proficiency to thrive in our global environment.Familiarity with SAP is a plus, along with knowledge of engineering/manufacturing processes.Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including supplier management, cost analysis, and inventory management.Experience with commodities like stampings, sheet metal fabrication, plastics, or electronics is highly desirable.Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and database management.Why Join Us?
