Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:**This position reports to**:Production Engineering Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Participates in semi-complex buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies and materials.- Resolves semi-complex delivery, quality or other related problems with purchases and invoices.- Participates in updating project plans and purchasing systems; reviews and analyzes requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases.- Participates in the negotiation of prices, terms and quality requirements prepare; requests for quotes andassists in the development of new supply sources; evaluates market conditions.- Solicits cost reduction ideas from suppliers and initiates follow up action to implement these savings for the company.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related.- 1-2 years of experience in a procurement area. If it was with Indirect materials is a plus.- Integrity and following of policies, procedures, etc.- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures.- Negotiation and team worker skills.- A previous Customer Services experience is a plus.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Fluent English.**More about us**:
