.**Description**SRG Global, a Guardian company, is one of the world's leading manufacturers of high value coatings on plastic for the automotive and commercial truck industries with a manufacturing presence in major world regions including North America, Western and Central Europe and Asia.SRG Global works to enhance manufacturing processes and accelerates development and delivery of the next generation of coating technologies and subsystems.As a **Indirect Buyer** you will be in charge of providing your experience and understanding of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement of indirect goods and services and work directly with the Operational Procurement Manager to support the local site to source indirect materials and services support new indirect program introductions, evaluate the supply base, and implement strategic initiatives that deliver value to SRG Global through cost savings, process improvements, supplier innovation, and supplier management, to help gain competitive advantages and meet customer needs.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Administer strategic sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services for SRG Global.- Evaluate and improve sourcing activities, analyzing current suppliers and cost.- Execute market analysis to investigate market behaviors, trends and influences on the operations requirement.- Identify the best contract approach, pricing model, and timeline.- Lead RFI's, RFP's, RFQs, supplier/source selection, negotiation and awarding best value You will implement procedures to continuously evaluate suppliers, costs and deliverability.- Lead post-award supplier management/administration, including SRM, continuous improvement / transformation /innovation as required.- Identify and support site-level and global procurement initiatives for cost savings, contract opportunities, supplier quality and risk mitigation of single sourced materials.- Participate and supports all manufacturing to influence sourcing to meet project timelines.- Performs routine spend analysis to understand indirect spend variance and find cost reduction opportunities via collaboration with Category Management.- Participate or lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce cost and improve quality for internal and external customers.- Develop key supplier relationships to serve the site's needs.- Support the local projects in close collaboration with local teams and Global Procurement for supplier selection, negotiation, and contract implementation.- Support Global Procurement strategic initiatives.- Negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with contracts developed locally or globally.- Provide frequent updates to stakeholders impacted by change to mitigate supply chain risk.- Prepare various reports for cost savings tracking supplier spend analysis and performance.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree on Business Administration or related field
