**Job Details****What do you do?**Join us in the Procurement Execution Center as a **Procurement Supervisor - **Data Management **.In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the GP PEC Procurement Manager by project managing ERP/Data Management projects assignments for the PEC, together with supporting people processes and executing key initiatives that enable our PBU and Category Management with an effective execution of our Category Strategies.This role will also execute initiatives such as Lead Time Validation, SAP PIR Centralization, Price Increase Process.**How will you do it?**- Project Manage Lead Times Validation process, ensure Lead Times are validated, analyzed, and updated across North America region. Contact suppliers to request LT and understand each PBU respective process to update their ERP.- Build a workflow/approval process to control Lead Time changes and price updates to ensure proper gating process is stablished.- Support process automation to drive Lead Time updates more effectively.- Build and lead a centralized process to create and maintain SAP Purchase Info Record. Align PIR parameters across all NA SAP Plants.- Manage price increase requests by creating a process and analyze data to provide meaningful insights to PBU and Category Management- Audit existing parameters within the sites and work with PBUs to drive best-in-class procurement practices.- Deploy relentless root-cause analysis (RRCA) practices to troubleshoot and reduce waste within the process.- Role scope may expand as the team continues to grow.**Qualifications**:- **+4 years of experience in Procurement modules for SAP YRP or S4 Hana.**:- Experience managing Procurement functions such as Purchase Info Record (PIR), Scheduling Agreements, Source Lists, Contracts, and their respective parameters, is preferred.- Bachelor's degree in related field.- Prior experience leading teams is a plus.- Demonstrate an analytical mindset and ability for complex problem solving.- Ability to project manage and drive projects to a successful conclusion.- Strong MS Excel skills required- Ability to drive continuous improvement, by identifying opportunities, streamlining processes and utilizing Lean/Quality tools to reduce waste and maximize throughput.- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.- APICS CPIM or ISM CPSM training or certifications are a plus.- Business/conversational English is a must due to the nature of the role.
