**Procurement System Service & Tools Support Junior Specialist**:

Working in the Procurement Business Support team, you will take an active part in shaping our Business Services center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization. To strengthen our Procurement Business Support Team, we are looking for a specialist with technical skills related to procurement tools and systems.
**This position reports to**:
Lead of Glob. Ind. Proc. Supp. Oper.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support and maintain SAP Ariba (Guided Buying) tool.
- Cooperation with technical IS Delivery team and external supplier.
- Design and implement improvements to the tools and systems.
- Master Data management - optimization of the data to improve usage of the tools and systems.
- Interaction with end users/service providers - Resolving technical issues, conducting trainings, providing online support.
**Your background**:
- Bachaelor's Degree completed.
- 1-2 years of familiarity with Procurement and Interest in developing career in Procurement & Logistics related functions.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum Intermediate Excel is a must.
- Tool integration experience and procurement platform configurations/data uploads experience would be a strong plus.
- Experience in Customer Service or Support area, Procurement Tools (SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, Coupa, eProcurement, MDG) or in Shared Service environment would be a strong plus.
- Experience in tool improvements would be a strong benefit.
- Proficient in business English (B2) required. Second language different to English and Spanish is a strong plus.
