Ensures execution in accordance with company and Procurement team instructions and procedures.**Your responsibilities**:- Manages execution and tracking of procurement activities within the team, while ensuring quality of delivery service at improved transactional cost.- Ensures buyers minimize risk regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance with quality and commercial procedures and in accordance with Company guidelines.- Coaches and mentors, the functional work team.- Ensures that the team has appropriate skills and competencies to coordinate the Procurement activities.- Executes the implementation, operation, maintenance, and performance of Supply Chain systems.- Secures full utilization of SAP Ariba platform according to relevant procedure, both related to sharing of supplier information and to finding existing high performing suppliers to ABB.- Investigates problems, finds root causes and recommends improvement to existing and planned Procurement processes.- Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.- Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies and Procurement guidelines (knowledge management, functional training, etc.).- Responsible for coordinating Procurement talent management and succession planning within assigned area.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering, International Trade, International Business or related or related.- Data analysis. Knowledge of Forecast and Inventory Classification.- Experience in Operation and Development of MRP - SAP.- Proficient in Excel.- Nice to have previous experience in Import and export operation, production planning and Warehouse management.- 5 years of experience in similar positions. At least 1 year as leadership.- Availability to travel.- Intermediate - advanced English level.**More about us**:
