About the Role: To establish and maintain a global process across the entire enterprise by managing the implementation program, including all planning, resourcing and budgeting requirements, and ensuring future changes to the process and enabling system are properly managed.
Job Description Major accountabilities: Design the roll-out program, assessing business priorities and country-specific requirements. Prepare and manage the global program budget in collaboration with IT Core manager and manage costs within the agreed budget allocation. Manage the global implementation programs taking full accountability for project excellence, customer satisfaction & the attainment of financial benefits as defined in the business case. Ensure country readiness through communication and creation of the business case. Lead change management to fully establish the process; including coordinating the provision of end-user training, sharing executive updates and providing timely and compelling communication. Lead process design and governance in order to ensure end-to-end process alignment and reflect the changing needs of the business. Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt - Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
