**About this opportunity**:Ensure the accurate execution of operating instructions (safety, quality, volume), based on standardized work, accurate allocation of resources and prevention of defects along the entire Antennas production line.**What you will do**:Ensure compliance with the production schedule, report and progress in compliance with the production schedule, responsible for ensuring the accurate handling of materials, detect the training needs of the members of their teams, full adherence and compliance with the code of business ethics (CoBE) and Ericsson guidelines, align with the payroll report of their personnel in charge weekly, measure the annual performance of each employee in charge.**You will bring**:- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a production supervisor,- Experience in handling unionized personnel- Situational leadership,- Knowledge in manufacturing- Good communication skills in English.- SAP management**Why join Ericsson?**:At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
