Primary Purpose:
Develop Marketing strategies for the Products, Places, Promotions and Prices for Consumer and/or Commercial Portfolio. Focused to ensure tools and execute Market A & Market B plans in order to achieve the objectives of the Company.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the Volume-Price-Mix Process (VPM) to ensure the product availability according to market needs and to ensure the financial results of the Consumer/Commercial Tires
Provide Products that satisfy the company´s target markets in Consumer/Commercial Tires considering characteristics of the product, price and distribution of the park vehicle in the country
Develop annual sales projections to 5 years through the processes:
- RvCC (Requirements vs Capacities & Capabilities)
- Units Information
- AOP (Annual Operating Plan) - Units Information
- AOP finance (part of the process of profit sharing)
Define the product price based on a market back pricing strategy, interacting with Finance and Supply Chain for competitive product costs of the different sources and the Price Coordinator to assess market conditions and product profitability.
Develop the implementation of the general promotion and pricing strategies.
Coordinate the implementation of defined strategies (communication network of distributors and sales force promotions and monitor their execution for feedback) and analysis of its results. Identify opportunities and analyze market trends to define or adapt marketing strategies based on market intelligence.
Generate regional reports (MBOM, Blue Lines and SOM)
Participate in regional meetings to define the implementation of strategies in the local market.
Participate in monthly meetings of the S & OP process.
Participate in weekly Regional Product Committee Draft regional product portfolio.
Participate in the definition and implementation of special projects, developing new business and / or sales channels.
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan.
