Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.If you would like to build a long-term successful career in the Service Operations Department and thrive in a truly diverse and inclusive workplace based on care and empowerment, we can make the difference together.Position: P&A Field Service EngineerAs a P&A field service engineer, you will play a key role as a commercial spotter by identifying business opportunities for our customers with your technical competencies.Commercial Duties:Review and capture sales opportunities on site using data analysis competencies.Analyze leads sent by the marketing department and classify business opportunities.Identify the target market to offer products and services.Provide follow-up on actions and agreements with clients.Product & Application Duties:Act as an advisor for customers by identifying product shelf life to suggest process improvements.Inform clients about the AL's service portfolio using your technical expertise.Field Services Duties:Execute and provide technical support to customers: installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining Alfa Laval equipment.Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems with deep product and application knowledge at customer sites.Update and report every service execution in our IT systems with relevant information.Report unsafe practices and incidents, and work for continuous improvement.What Will You Learn:Become an expert in the thermal field with our GPHE products.Act as a sustainability ambassador by monitoring energy efficiency and water consumption by auditing products, modules, and systems at customer sites.Serve as a technical trainer on product features to mitigate accidents or misuse.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.At least 3 years of experience in service operations and/or industrial fields, including maintenance, troubleshooting, audits, and automation.Experience with installation, commissioning, and on-site servicing of complex mechanical equipment.English and Spanish communication skills at written and spoken Level B2.Travel flexibility (75% of the time out of office).Digital skills (CRM, ERP, and other apps related to the job role).Qualifications and experience with plate heat exchangers is a plus.Practicalities:Location: MonterreyType of job: Hybrid SchemeContract: Direct with the companySalary: According to the market and benefits above the law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
