**Job Description**:As the automotive aftermarket Product and Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for the development of the spare parts portfolio covering a broad range of vehicle systems.You will work cross functionally with a team of Product Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, Market Intelligence, Purchasing, Engineering and Logistics teams in a fast-paced and agile working environment, where your skills will be visible to multiple management functions throughout the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket organization.RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the strategic development of the Mexican portfolio: Develop new product coverage by means of OE research and benchmarking to ensure a competitive, sustainable and market-relevant product program- Ownership and organization of Phase-In & Phase-Out processes that support the country product roadmap- Manage Bosch systems ensuring accurate and complete information availability- Lead the Sourcing decision making processes for Bosch internal and third-party suppliers- Liaison with North American Business Units for the development of Sourcing projects- Manage all Sourcing projects aligning local and regional cross-functional teams- Ensure consistent product quality and performance aligned with Bosch WW standards- Support revenue objectives, target profitability, inventory optimization and service levels**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably product management / project or process management in automotive, industrial or manufacturing settings- Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP- Proven success in taking ownership of and accomplishing objectives with a strong drive and energy for results- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills within a professional setting- Strong planning, organizing and executing capabilities- Experience in leading a project and working with cross-functional teams- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- English professional proficiency, as direct working environment requires extensive written and spoken communication within an international setting
