.About AXA Group OperationsUnder the leadership of the Group COO & CEO of AXA GO, AXA Group Operations covers thefollowing divisions:Group CIOGroup Technology OperationsGroup SecurityGroup Emerging Data & TechnologyGroup Procurement & SourcingGroup Operations TransformationStrategic Programs, Group Operations FinanceGO General Secretary and RisksAXA GO BO (legal entity: AXA Business Services)AXA Group Operations operates across more than 15 countries and comprises around 7000 staffmembers.Role PurposeRelationship ManagementEnsures a close relationship management with Product teams and Entities, focused onProduct specificities and serves as a key contact for GO product teams.Regularly collects customer requirements and feedback to ensure improvement andcontribute to product roadmap.Collaborate with the product development teams to bring business requirements of theEntities.In synchronization with the Account Manager, manage and follow up product relatedescalations by the local Entities in collaboration with the Product and Service Delivery andService Management teams.Provide advisory & consulting, capturing knowledge from the Products, Program, and Projects.Product lifecycle contribution – local contextUnderstand the GO & Entity Tech, Data and Security Program strategy & Product Family roadmaps.Identify interdependencies within GO programs, GO / Business projects, andProduct Families.Promote GO Products in the Entities and support Product adoption, de-commissioning and refresh.Support GO / Entity's Product technical debt management and escalate where needed.Help Entities to understand Product licenses coverage and license models.Support and explain non-functional aspects such as contractual management, targetoperating models, service levels and compliance requirements.Volume and Price item activitiesSupport the Account Manager in the Product volume alignment processes.Work with Product teams to undertake a volume trend analysis.Support Product Team(s), Finance and Account Manager with the explanation of productsprice items.Leadership CapabilitiesBusiness and functional skillsStrong knowledge of specific Product family GO strategy, Tech and Data roadmap.Deep understanding of the AXA GO Product catalogue.Good understanding of insurance business needs/challenges of the Opco.Client focused and service minded with strong business & commercial thinking.Understanding of local regulation and imperatives on Risk and Control, Legal andGovernance, Compliance and Data Privacy regulations.Understanding of the Product pricing model.Strong understanding of GO Operations activities project / program delivery.Interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships at all levels.Excellent listening and strong communication and presentation skills.Very strong collaboration skills.Capacity to speak up assertively.Strong team player, including ability to work in multi-cultural teams
