**About AXA Group Operations**Under the leadership of the Group COO & CEO of AXA GO, AXA Group Operations covers thefollowing divisions:- Group CIO- Group Technology Operations- Group Security- Group Emerging Data & Technology- Group Procurement & Sourcing- Group Operations Transformation- Strategic Programs, Group Operations Finance- GO General Secretary and Risks- AXA GO BO (legal entity: AXA Business Services)AXA Group Operations operates across more than 15 countries; and comprises around 7000 staffmembers.**Role Purpose**Relationship Management- Ensures a close relationship management with Product teams and Entities, focused onProduct specificities and serves as a key contact for GO product teams- Regularly collects customer requirements and feedbacks to ensure improvement andcontribute to product roadmap- Collaborate with the product development teams to bring business requirements of theEntities- In synchronization with the Account Manager, manage and follow up product relatedescalations by the local Entities in collaboration with the Product and Service Delivery andService Management teams (not by-passing the MIM process)- Provide advisory & Consulting (Contribution/Help on program/project/issues).
