.The Prod Ctrl Sr. Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team. The overall objective of this role is to control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution and new activity analysis, valuation control and product P&L and balance sheet reporting.**Responsibilities**:- Evaluate moderately complex issues utilizing data, and select the best action between potentially conflicting situations- Analyze data by filtering, prioritizing, and validating moderately complex information from multiple sources- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.**Qualifications**:- 5-8 years of relevant experience- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience**Job Purpose**:Seeking an AVP within the Balance Sheet Reporting Group to manage the Balance Sheet Reporting function in a regional capacity, as part of the Global Standards Reporting Initiative. Additionally role will support Senior Manager in meeting goals of various corporate initiatives via the book of work. The role involves collaborative work in a team environment and liaison with global controllers and management across multiple locations/functions.This is a great opportunity to utilize your analytical skills and increase your product knowledge in a dynamic and growing environment.**Key Team Responsibilities**:- Regional SME for ICG Financial Reporting- Oversee monthly daily Balance Sheet reporting for Americas Region- Monitor and manager project input, and coordinate Americas Balance Sheet working group.- Regionally govern global standard Balance Sheet controls for S2 and Pearl reporting.- Monitor and govern Fair Value Reporting controls for LATAM region- Participate in Ad hoc projects and development of reporting suites.**Experience**:- 4 or more years of experience in business analysis and financial reporting- Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives Instruments; or some knowledge in accounting and financial calculations- Financial control and/or product control experience is a plus- Strong Project Management experience with ability to multi task BAU and project slate**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree required, Accounting or Finance degree preferred- Ability to identify opportunities to capture synergies across processes and work with regional colleagues to suggest improvements to Global Standards
