Manage best in class product portfolio, Pricing & Mix Management performance across the Consumer and/or Commercial business in Mexico.
Design and ensure adherence to standard Product, Pricing and Mix Processes, including targets and metrics across the Consumer and/or Commercial Business.
Support & oversee market back alignment for Product, Pricing and Mix initiatives and priorities in key country organizations to Strategic Business Plan of each country and to the PBU product/pricing/mix priorities.
Optimize ROI of our current product portfolio by developing new product roadmaps focused on targeted market segments and supporting managing pricing strategies aimed at sustainable profitable growth of the business in the country.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Introduce a best in class Product/Pricing/Mix performance management mindset across country and/or region in cooperation with the country sales teams and PBU heads. Guide the country PBUs and sales leadership teams on how to plan/manage/analyze and execute matrix views and multi-dimension views on product/pricing/mix around business objectives.
Drive and develop standard lean product roadmaps across the region as well as maintain a portfolio and drive operational excellence by streamlining our innovation and product development organization into tangible deliverables. Drive cross functional team to deliver on agreed targets (among other: quality of inventory, inventory levels, SKU prioritization for production and distribution, forecast accuracy, open orders, back orders, etc.).
Define, propose and seek agreement in coordination with the Consumer and/or Commercial regional team, PBU Leaders and respective MD/GM on a set of KPIs that will serve as Product/Pricing/Mix targets for the country organizations to support optimal ROI of current capacity and capability planning. Manage performance via regional scorecard and report progress to the PBU Organization and LA leadership team on an ongoing basis.
Manage research & market intelligence resources (internal and external) to produce a relevant set of reliable information to support decision making around product/pricing/mix business initiatives.
