**Responsibilities**:- Maintain excellent communication skills in English (high contact with international teams).- Develop Work instruction, manuals and provide training for production personal on every project or improvement.- Experience with APQP process in order to validate new tools, equipment, and developments according to the standard (AMEF, PC, WI).- Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic interpretation of blue prints of industrial machinery to fix/improve current status of plant equipment.- Project management for implementation of automation projects with local suppliers.- Project management for Engineering changes to define new process improvement.- Previous experience of working in cross-discipline teams- Experience of working within a high-volume manufacturing environment, ideally automotive.- Six sigma/ Lean green belt certification and proof of use of tools to eliminate manufacturing problems.- Creating & Innovating: thinks broadly and creatively to produce detailed machinery and process specifications which are aligned to new/existing product needs and/or change requirements- Planning & Organizing: plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances; identifies and organizes resources needed to accomplish tasks; manages time effectively.- Analyzing: inputs and analyses numerical data and all other sources of information to break them into component parts, patterns, and relationships.- Collaborating & Partnering: actively builds and maintains a network of connections across the Freudenberg Group and externally.
**Qualifications**:- Engineering Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or related disciplines.- Master's degree is not mandatory but would be a plus.- Minimum 3 years' experience of designing and developing processes.- Optional: Piton, C++, Au, LabVIEW, Arduino, Raspberry Dominate.- Mandatory Automation, PLC, HMIs, Hydraulic, Mechanic, Industrial sensors Dominate, Industrial Robots
