Product Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Support the deployment of the DFSS in AD&M Engineering function.Define annual training calendar for DFSS training.Work with the Product Engineering managers on resolving problems using DFSS.Mentor DFSS GB candidates for project completion and certification.Be part of Key project reviews as DFSS champion.Work across BU for sharing best practices on DFSS.Required Qualifications:5+ years' experience in Engineering Product design, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering degree preferred).Certified Design for Six Sigma Black Belt.Highly effective communicator and influencer, with the necessary communication and presentation skills to inspire and educate audiences in DFSS.Organization savvy, to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 al díaLicencia/Certificación:Design Six Sigma (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial#J-18808-Ljbffr
