Molex offers over 100, products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.The Product Design Engineer Supervisor will coordinate and supervise the design engineering group through the phases of the product development procer the successful execution of commercialization projects. (Product validation by transfer of production lines, new customer requirements, material changes, continuous improvement, design changes and cost reduction).You Will Do In Your RoleDevelop the technical skills and interpersonal skills of the engineers under your supervision.Serve as the point of contact between the manufacturing site and the different design centers to obtain information allow up on engineering change activities.Lead the creation of documents to communicate engineering changes to other internal areas of Molex and rnal customers.Oversee the creation and maintenance of engineering drawings and product specifications using the GD&T methodology.Coordinate the development of reports, plans and design verification reports (DVP&llowing main automotive specifications such as USCAR.Coordinate with the Product Manager and collaborate with the different areas (, testing, manufacturing, planning) to meet the launch dates of products and/or projects.The Importante empresa You Will Bring**Requirements**:Advanced English Written and Spoken.
