We understand that having an easy payment method can bring more jobs and opportunities for international workers with a global mindset.We are a fully remote team with members working across various countries, all coming together to create an amazing product to support international companies and professionals.**About the Product Designer Role**The Product Designer is responsible for the overall feel and functionality of the product. They utilize product analysis and consumer research to create user-friendly designs. Drawing on their knowledge of industry trends in design and technology, they adapt and focus product strategies to facilitate positive and intuitive user experiences.**What You'll Do**:- Manage our product design system and components library in Figma- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups with minor guidance- Create usability studies on a variety of projects and product features- Interact with our engineering team, design handoffs and constantly collaborate during build.- Interact with customers to review and validate workflows and designs- Collaborate with Product Management stakeholders on creating user stories to define development tasks- Analyze user interface problems and requirements to create on-brand design solutions that meet business goals and conform to established standards/guidelines- Coordinate with stakeholders to effectively negotiate trade-offs with product management and engineering**Requirements**:- Minimum 4+ years of formal UX design training and portfolio.- Has a strong understanding of the product vision, key objectives, and company goals.- Consistently considers how their designs can support that vision, the team's goals, the broader product vision, and company objectives.- Ability to take cues from their design manager, and product and engineering leads.- Strong collaboration skills and design handoff with the engineering team.- Demonstrate time/priority management, planning own work, and executing against assigned deadlines while maximizing efficiency in the agile process.- Convey inherent curiosity, empathy for end users, and a passion for the user experience that delights stakeholders- Advanced knowledge of design principles: layout, typography, visual hierarchy etc.- Advanced knowledge of responsive design and supporting technologies.- Ability to work independently to deliver design work on programs of any size with mínimal oversight.- Proficiency with current software packages used in the field of UX such as, but not limited to: Figma (expert level), Atlassian (Confluence and Jira), Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.- Ability to defend your work
