**Role**:
We are seeking a creative and passionate designer to join our team. You will work with our product, engineering and operations teams to create exceptional, user-friendly experiences. You'll work on a cutting-edge product that enables our members to access their health data in real-time, and you'll be challenged to make a difference in people's lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Understanding**: Comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems to optimize both member impact and company benefits.

**Qualifications/Skills**:
- **Proven Experience**: At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience.
- **Design Mastery**: Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography.
- **Portfolio**: Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects.
- **Critical Thinking**: Willingness to challenge assumptions and commit to ongoing professional development.
