**About the Position**:
As a _Product Designer _you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers' needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.
You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for the definition, design and delivery of complex initiatives/products/features
- You will also be in charge of defining and scaling design guidelines for cross platform digital products
- You will need to conduct usability tests to validate the design and identify any issues
- You will be responsible for conducting competitive analysis to understand how competitors are solving similar problems and identify areas for differentiation
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Knowledge in building/scaling/maintaining and implementing design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful product delivery and visible strong knowledge of interaction patterns to solve complex flows
- Proactive and knowledgeable in UI libraries that can streamline collaboration between development and design team
- Familiar with design layouts, and design principles
- Proficient in scaling concepts/designs and products from MVP and beyond
- Attention to detail and visual skills such as typography, composition and color theory
- Experience in cross-platform product design
**Nice-To-Have Skills**:
- Experience moderating user testing sessions
- Experience facilitating sessions or design thinking workshops
- Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Mobile)
- Fluency in Figma (bonus: other UX/UI tools)
- Product Design portfolio or similar
