This person manages deliverables of multi-functional R&D teams, and interacts with business multi-functional teams aiming to develop & implement key projects for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & PepsiCo Strategic Plan (PSP).**Your Impact**As an **Product Developer Assoc. Manager **your scope would consist of:- To deliver safe, stable, regulation-compliant and correctly targeted products and processes.- Deliver executional AOP product innovation in line with marketing strategy and consumer preference from bench top development to scale up trials working together with Field Ready.- Keep in strict compliance with stage gate, and myInnovation processes, and aligning adequate priority assignments to each initiative.- Product/Project documentation formulae & specs, ingredients specification, label information, nutritional facts & data to support claims.- Close interaction with ingredient suppliers (raw material, new technologies, etc.), providing accurate & brief proposals, reviewing and confirming due specifications and establishing a Quality Vendor agreement (COA/COC).- Monitor product development process within established schedule and contribute to risk analysis and identification.- Participate and account for all protocols used in scale-up of new products and provide support in any new analytical or micro methods linked to product requirements.- Search for, evaluate and share information with Support Center NY and other PepsiCo R&D centers on formulae, new raw materials and processes to ensure product innovation in the region.- Responsible for validating the labeling information for local product.- Close collaboration with Analytical and Microbiology groups to develop raw material specs and processes
