Product Development Chemist

As a Product Development Chemist, you will help evaluate physical and mechanical testing of materials to ensure that developments meet all quality characteristics required by Customers.You will report to the C&T Product Development Supervisor.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture of samples to help develop a new product.Manufacture samples of paints and sealants to guarantee results for the reformulations.Perform necessary activities for the correct preparation of the substrate to ensure that the developments meet all quality characteristics required by the Customers.Handle laboratory equipment and comply with hygiene and safety standards using personal protective equipment and taking annual Safety training to work in a clean and safe environment and prevent accidents.QualificationsBachelor's degree in chemical engineering.At least one year of experience in laboratory areas.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience with physical and mechanical testing of materials.Ability to use laboratory equipment.This job posting may have multiple locations listed.
