**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The product reliability team is responsible for product forensic analysis (FA), technique and systems development to support FA and providing statistical analysis on existing product performance to construct reliability models to optimize testing and product performance. The reliability team is also responsible for creating new mathematical methods and validating correlations to advance the science of hose design, as well as piloting new product concepts and technology to drive innovation.
**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:
- Product BOM management
- Creation of lab orders for product testing
- Analyzing product test results
- Organizing and monitoring builds of test materials
- Benchmarking of products in industry
- Experimentation to enhance product design.
- Forensic analysis
- Interaction with a cross functional global teams (including operations, quality, material development, process engineering, commercial, etc.)
- Limited travel may be required (5-15%), potentially including international travel.
- Must be able to independently manage time and task execution needs.
- Ability to work with a cross functional team, as well as team members from other areas of the organization including those in other nations.
- (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point)

- Saving Incentive: 13% of the base salary paid in monthly basis.
