To do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the Transportation Mobility Cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.- THE ROLE:Integration engineers are responsible to manage and support the engineering deliverables of a collection of commodities or systems, integrating them with the interfacing systems in the vehicle, and also being the interface between the functional teams and the Program team and supporting organizations (Purchasing, Quality, Testing, Manufacturing, etc.).- YOUR IMPACT:Manage engineering deliverables throughout the complete GPDS (Global Product Development Process) on time with high quality for all gateways/milestones, from Product definition, Target setting, Studio support, Engineering design and release, Validation and testing, and up to Launch and production stages.- Manage/lead issue resolution to ensure deliverables are met.- Support program meetings and be a single point of contact between the program and the engineering teams.- Support cross functional teams in the execution of Target Delivery and Target Confirmation for cost, weight, and quality.- Support Function-led cost process to deliver sourcing packages to the supply base.- Manage tools and processes to track and follow up engineering and program delivery.- Provide on-site support for all prototype and pre-production build phases.- Provide on-site support for vehicle launch through Ok to Buy at Final Vehicle Assembly Plant.- Lead resolution of prototype and final assembly build issues.- WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's degree in Engineering- 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry. Integration, Product engineering, Design and Release engineering, Program or Project Management on- **interior components **experience/background preferred.- English advanced proficiency required. Ability to lead and maintain fluid conversations.- Proficient communication and presentation skills required. Ability to communicate ideas concisely and effectively in verbal and written form, and to all levels of the organization, from peers up to executive management.- Advanced people skills required. Ability to get solutions and/or recommendations for issues aligned with cross functional teams, and willingness to take accountability of the issue during early stages of resolution. Ability to build effective teams and work relationships
