Ensure concepts, pre-production and production samples (including packaging) are following brand & design guidelines, aligned with the business strategies, follow relevant trends and is pushing creativity and innovation when possible.- Route and manage the flow of submissions via the online approval system to all appropriate reviewers, including 3rd parties to ensure the process is efficient and moving forward at all times.- Capture comments/feedback in an organized and concise manner and communicate actionable and clear feedback to partners in a timely manner.- Be the expert on the online product approvals system to effectively manage & track all product submissions, setup new users, and train new users.- Be the expert and remain updated on all creative assets related to product development. Communicate all updates regarding creative assets to licensees and category partners, including but not limited to - product & creative strategy, timing and delivery, new assets, and changes in assets.- Establish solid relationships with category teams to learn and understand the business in order to address questions/tasks that arise in the product approvals process.- Establish solid relationships with licensees & 3rd parties to be the main contact for product approvals and creative asset related questions/issues.- Manage product line reviews by identifying the appropriate products, creating product boards, gathering and setting up product boards, presentations and samples.- Manage and organize all product samples.
