You understand each player's position in terms of target, quality, value and pricing.Go to market: You have experience in staged deployment of go to market initiatives, from marketing, sales to customer success.Product Design Quality: You have a clear compass of the best designed products in the market. You are always testing new products and services that come out and they build strong opinions around them.Technology: You understand the complexity of building software. You can compare the cost and time of building two separate solutions and clearly identify the most simple.
