In your new role, you will: Manage end-to-end Product Obsolescence process and associated initiativesEnsure adaptability and standardization of processes across all divisionsAct as a go-to-person for all Product Obsolescence related inquiries from Infineon internal teamsBe the interface between the Product Marketing, Product Change Management, and Supply Chain teamsOwn and maintain process documentation and trainingsFoster knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within marketing communitiesSupport global product life cycle management projectsYou are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for process improvement, able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive results-oriented solutions.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster open communication across diverse teams and functions.
With a strong customer-centric focus, you will be adept at managing multiple priorities, adapting to changing circumstances, and driving continuous improvement in our product obsolescence processes.
