- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Manages production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to high volume production. Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems. Sustains products with cost reduction and yield improvements.- Operation PE**Responsibilities**:
- Operation Product Engineer for PAD/N-plexers product line
- Support prototype ATE assembly instruction and ATE testing
- Creating and managing product documentation
- Creating customer report
- Driving cost reduction activities such as second sources qualification, yield enhancement, test time reduction, etc.
- Customer return testing and data analysis
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with strong exposure to RF parameters.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with technical and detailed documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional and cross-site teams, foster teamwork
