Position Summary1. Identify the cause of defects that occur during development and mass production stage and solve problems.2. Prevent recurrence of defects in the same product in advance through standardization.Role and Responsibilities1. [Establishment of recurrence prevention measure and standardization] Perform to establish measures(include verification) and manage items to standardize in order to prevent defects from occurring in the same product.2. [Analyzing the true cause of defects] Perform to identify the defect status(defect rate, process, reproducibility, detectability) by monitoring defects and analyzing the true cause of defects.3. [Utilizing analytical instrument tools] Perform to utilize oscilloscope, RF(Radio Frequency) equipment and different measuring instruments.4. [History management] Write about organizing the history(history of problems and improvement) of market/shipping/process.Skills and Qualifications- Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues- Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work- Typical entry point for university graduates
