- College Degree preferred in electronics, Computer Science, Information Technologies.

**Required experience**:
- New products introduction and projects mgmt.

**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and drive all engineering activities related to the product: requirements, specifications, deviations, ECO Participation, BOM ENGR that BOMs/master data are up to date, design and implementation of proper shop floor control systems and routes to process and test the units and to collect required data.

- Ensure that all required documents, labels and software are received on time and that all products are built and tested to the latest specifications.
- Participate on the development, review and approval of methods, SOPs, FMEAs, process flows, fixtures, visual aids, tools and training materials.
- Identify and implement improvements to improve quality and manufacturability while reducing quality risks, manufacturing time and cost.
- Prepare as appropriate the costs analysis for projects, reports and claims required to charge back to the customer the cost of validation builds.
- Review and approve product deviations when applicable.
Obtain any applicable engineering approvals from the customer when required.
