**Job Description**:
Product Engineer is responsible for team coordination and resources administration for new product introduction for Commercial facility in Saltillo.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage BOM structuring. In charge of product development and support for current products in the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with R&D New Products Developments groups to develop strategies for new products.
- Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
- Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures and government regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.
- Assist Manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
- Develop product test plans and perform production test according manufacturing process instructions.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 6 years related experience. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge. SAP knowledge preferred. Detail Oriented and ability to problem solve effectively. Leadership skills required to coordinate and work with factory team. Administration skills above average. Strong analytical ability using databases, spreadsheets and statistical models.
