Product Engineer Electrics & Electronics

**Aufgaben**:- Product Engineer Electrics & Electronics- Main Objective:- Localization of Wiring Harness and E/E Components in Mexico and NAFTA, support smooth production ramp-up and continuous series production of Mercedes-Benz Vehicles.Main:- Close work with suppliers and Mercedes-Benz production plants on Wiring Harness and E/E components during the industrialization and ramp-up phase, ensuring the desired maturity and quality of the components and vehicles.- Drive continuous improvement for own area of responsibility.- Develop proposals for product improvements.- Support smooth series production of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.- Generate sense of responsibility for the maturity of "own" components and continuously have status of readiness documented and available.- Accompany suppliers and Mercedes-Benz production plant during process setup, trial production and product approval phase with the target to ensure the industrialization according to MB standards.- Drive Research & Development related portion of the parts approval process in close alignment with the related R&D HQ area in Germany. Maintain close contact with component responsibles in Germany for continuous information exchange.- Align technology, methods, targets with related R&D HQ area in Germany.- Change management: Maintain information exchange with RD Germany and timely implementation with the suppliers and Mercedes-Benz production plant in alignment with the project targets and schedule good introduction packages in production.**Qualifikationen**:- Qualifications- 1. Education:- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related career (B.S., B.A.).- 0. Language(s):- English (Native or business fluent, Required).- Spanish (Desired).- German (Desired).0. Work Experience:- Minimum of 2 year s in Wiring Harness development or production, and automotive Electrics & Electronics (Practical Experience).- 0. Technical Knowledge:- 0.
