**This position reports to**:
Production Development Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.
- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements.
- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.
- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.
- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.
**Your background**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or related.
- Project Management, Dealing with suppliers
- Experience with assembly, stamping or painting processes.
- 4-5+ years of experience as Product Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
- Advanced level of English.
