Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Product Engineer located in Juarez Omega, North Campus.
Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager the Product Engineer role involves responsible for receiving, analyzing, cleaning, and customizing all technical information/documentation from the customer related to his product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity.
What a typical day looks like:
- Generate and share necessary documents for the item's tariff classification.
- Ensure that internal BOM is according to customer drawing.
- Receive and analyze engineering changes (ECOs).
- Review and update formats Readiness Checklists Provide technical information to the rest of the team through the established tools.
- Analysis and resolution of problems related to the configuration of the product Updating and monitoring the established metrics Tracking the account promptly Implementation and follow-up of changes in Eng.
- In the system and production floor Maintain product technical information updated according to the last revision.
- Draw the Flex Flow route according to the process flow.
- Upload at Flex Flow the part numbers and product structure.
- Experience in handling documentation from customers and setting a traceability system.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Mid experience in a similar position.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to analyze problems, design experiments, conduct a design for manufacturing analysis, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Knowledge using CAD systems.
