(1 year)- Experience supervising technicians (1 year)**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and drive all engineering activities related to the product: requirements, specifications, deviations, ECO Participation, BOM ENGR that BOMs/master data are up to date, design and implementation of proper shop floor control systems and routes to process and test the units and to collect required data.
(mention support on this task).- Ensure that all required documents, labels and software are received on time and that all products are built and tested to the latest specifications.- Participate on the development, review and approval of methods, SOPs, FMEAs, process flows, fixtures, visual aids, tools and training materials.- Identify and implement improvements to improve quality and manufacturability while reducing quality risks, manufacturing time and cost.- Prepare as appropriate the costs analysis for projects, reports and claims required to charge back to the customer the cost of validation builds.- Review and approve product deviations when applicable.
