Our site, Albéa Matamoros, is North America's Center of Excellence for Mascara, Lip Gloss, and Lipstick Packaging.ScopeWithin the new product development process, responsible for efficiently defining and validating the resources required for manufacturing products based on our clients' specifications.Main activitiesRemodeling and designing production lines to optimize production space and improve processes.Coordinate and follow up on prototypes and samples for New Product development, analyze results, and provide solutions and improvements to design engineering.Create bills of materials, routes, and work centers in SAP for all new products and equipment.Coordinate with departments for the requisition of all new part numbers, while maintaining control and review of standards.Ensure and determine the industrialization of projects according to client specifications.Create detailed work instructions for new and existing products.Coordinate the planning of components and raw materials to ensure new products are delivered according to client delivery schedules.Communicate improvements in design, material, cost, and significant design changes for internal and client approval.Comply with applicable EHS procedures related to the position.Validation of new molds and/or tooling for a mold.Accountability including KPIsMeet established goals.Reduce material waste due to mishandling, damage, or production defects.Report conditions that prevent immediate work performance.Comply with the internal work regulations and internal plant rules.Live by the values of: Responsibility, goal orientation, priority execution, results-driven direction, effective listening and communication, collaboration, decision-making, inspiration for renewal, and living a balanced life.Profile (Experience & qualifications)Industrial Engineer or related field.3-6 years in the position.Bilingual English-Spanish.Decision-making skills.Analytical ability.Teamwork.Oral and written communication.Planning and Organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
