**Education/ Work Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Two years' experience in the area of repair and / or manufacturing in electronic processes.
- Ability to work effectively with teams and client.
- Very organized and detail-oriented.
- Possess excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under strict deadlines
- Computer literacy, proficient in the use of Microsoft office
- Ability to assess situations, comprehend needs, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.

- **Responsibilities/Duties**:
- Analyzes and understands customer products and product failure modes and develop process flows for the operation.
- Develops processes, and IE models, and applies process flow theory principles.
- Designs and conducts effective experiments, organizes, analyzes, and presents data clearly with recommendations.
- Analyzes system, product, or process failures.
Understands and fully debugs most problems.
- Recommends and implements appropriate corrective actions.
- Functions with some autonomy and establishes unique expertise in a new area of opportunity.
- Owns projects or parts of projects from start to finish.
- Develops budget requirements for projects
- Plans project element timelines with critical checkpoints
- Works under the guidance and direction of more senior team members.
- Provides guidance to operations supervisors/Operators.
- Communicates concepts and status to other team members and to engineering management.
- Interacts comfortably with customers and OEMs on specific issues with existing projects.
