Product Engineer

**Job Summary**:
The Product Engineer drives product design, development and plant support to effectively and efficiently launch products, as well as grow technical capabilities.

**Responsibilities/Essential Functions**:

- Understand internal and external customer design requirements
- Create Design
- Communicate Design
- Validate Design
- Launch Product
- Utilize PRP to guide Launch Process
- Capture lessons learned
- Develop tactical plans to meet deliverables
- Deliver design within engineering budget and BOM cost targets
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Manage Program Risk

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent degree in a technical field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Industrial & Operations, etc)
- 0-4+ years of experience in automotive interiors
