We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Product Engineer**, based in **Torreon Plant, Matamoros, Coahuila** (E-Systems Division).
As Product Engineer will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Lead Product.
**Your Task will be**:
- Design implementation and solution to meet customer requirement.
- Review and create 2D harness prints.
- Product Validation against 2D print and customer specifications, for engineering changes, new programs and transfers.
- Create and design of packaging specifications for the finished goods.
- Define and manage the associated wiring components list (BOM).
- DCN (Design Change Notice) & BCN (BOM change Notice) generation to notify the whole team all details for Engineering changes to implement in Plant.
- Generation and analysis of Cost Reduction Ideas for the company.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Knowledge in Capital H and XC.
- Education: Industrial, Mechanic, Electric and Mechatronics Engineer.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) B1 level
- You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas.
- Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis, and decision abilities.
