If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Product Engineer** **based in _Torreon II Plant, Torreon, Coahuila _(_E-Systems Division).As Product Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Engineering Manager.**Your Task will be**- Coordinate the activities of the Product Engineers and Drafters.- Comply with the drafting plan required according to the Customer's schedule for each build phase.- Monitor the Change Requests (CRs) submission in SEM according to target dates.- Ensure the BOMs, Cut Sheets, Labor, Packaging Specification and Teardowns are delivered on time and complying with the Product Engineering procedures.- Monitor PPQRs progress to ensure Blank Purchase Orders (BPO) must be complete prior to uploading BOM for EDI generation.- Ensure the updating and accuracy of BOMs according to engineering changes and manufacturing adjustments, as a result of teardowns.- Keep the Documentation & Engineering Change Binder updated.- Use of knowledge and experience to propose design improvements and cost savings by CTO.- Validate and notify the impact of Excess and Obsolescence due to issues with BOMs and Cut Sheets.- Avoid Scrap & Premium Freight attributed to BOM or CutSheet errors in Prototype Phases, Pilots and Engineering Changes
