Provide design oversight and supporting technical documentation for transitioning/transitioned products to ensure product availability for on-schedule delivery.Generate prints, publish Bill of Materials (BOM), hold tooling and component design reviews, provide management updates, resolution to PPAPs and deviation requests.Leads and maintains detailed and comprehensive records of all inventive ideas, designs, and engineering changes.Leads RCA to determine that products perform in the intended manner per the proper certification standard. (UL / NOM / IEC, etc)Leads design improvement and cost reduction projects.Leads Implementation of Design Changes in production.What will you need to succeed?
